This includes identifying unmet needs and developing and implementing programs and services that help to meet those needs.

Close proximity to local activities such ass gyms , shopping and restaurants as well as urgent care..
Everyone here smiles, give hugs and makes you feel appreciated.
No crime
a lot of coffee shops where people of all ages go. plenty of day cares. Daily van transportation for elderly.
diversity of the population nearby; a public transportation bus for the city to ferry residents and city dwellers around the town. People are friendly and willing to help in giving directions.
