Estero FL on Florida's Soutwest Gulf Coast offers so many plusses. Great weatehr, close proximity to beaches, excellant health care options, almost every shopping options, nearby international airport, bisected by Interstate 75. Everything you may need without the hassles of big city life or miserable winter weather!
the community offer General livability, care, working, education, transportation, and community engagement. Most elderly people come here to FL to because of the is access and care that is offer in the heat.
The community is great, however, I wouldn't recommend it for individuals who need assistance. There's limited mobility apartments and parking. The location is great, Florida Gulf Coast University is nearby and the Miramar Mall. There's not much community engagement, it's a quiet setting and everyone stays inside (unless they're walking their dogs or at the community center).
