The neighborhood (and neighbors) are very friendly. There are all sorts of amenities close by. It is 'rural' and a quiet place.
They have a very active senior center that offers great classes. There is also a bus line that will pick up and drop off.
Management ignores concerns of the elderly, Raised the rents to unrealistic amounts, pushing out low income residents. They call it Fair market rent and replacing elderly with very young singles and couples.
