Because I live in a rural area about 20 miles outside of Defuniak Springs or Geneva, AL, it's mandatory a person have a vehicle. There is limited transportation options for those who AREN'T handicapped, low income or elderly. Most jobs for seniors seem to be the local Walmart. I've not seen a lot of seniors at other establishments in town. Supposedly there is to be more expansion with the population expected to increase 10 fold in the next 5 - 10 years. But at the same time, my age is working against the younger generation just graduating.
