This is the kind of town that is so small you could count to twenty before you drive though it. It has one market and $ store to shop but is a safe and friendly town. It is at the foothills of the Bitterroot mountains and I lived about 20 miles up the mountain before moving to Hamilton because of my age and health. I mourn having to move but live five minutes from the wonderful hospital in Hamilton now. I can drive and be independant and take myself anywhere I need to go and before I couldnt because I am a widow and didnt like driving in the mountains. You may encounter bears, deer, elk and other wild animals. Fishing and hunting is great and hats why we moved there in the first place.
