This town is relatively age-friendly. There is a senior center, many nursing homes and assisted living facilities in the area. I'm not exactly sure what things make a place age friendly or unfriendly but there seems to be a relatively sizeable mature community. There are many malls and shopping centers where one stop shopping can be accomplished. And there are services, such as "the ride" that are available.
