As an older woman, I feel safe in my community. I can walk my dog without any concern for my safety or the safety of my dog. My neighbors are older, and they are friendly but private. As far as transportation, I drive; however, there is a bus nearby. In regards to community engagement, I do believe more can be done for the older community.
I grew up in the city of Carson in which it is very friendly, creative for you and old, and much opportunities to thrive in a safe and affordable community.
Its pretty quiet not to busy
I don't have the experience, information and knowledge of home care facilities in the City of Carson. I have been a recipient of basic needs like food and groceries from food bank, Church organizations during the pandemic. I have observed a very good interaction among senior citizens who received these benefits.
