Very quiet. Calm area. Respect from all ur neighbors. A great, quiet place to retire, over 55 park on the Withalacooche River.
I do not know a lot about people in my areas but I have some friends here. They are quite old but friendly and have grandchildren. My neighborhood is not very populated and houses are not very close to each other but have big yards with trees along with plants so we enjoy the open nature and there's no crimes most of the times. Hence, I feel quite safe and peaceful.
the environment is geared to the active older adult with activities for heath promotion ie walking trails, swimming, and many clubs/
Quiet_over 55, great neighbors,no traffic noise, right by the Withalacoochi River_dog friendly.
