The town was more for long-time residents and their growing families. It is building up fast to new home buyers and companies. There is a need for outreach to the elder population
The Bellingham Senior Center is one of the most welcoming places in town.
There are programs and trips for residents over the age of 60. We have meals on wheels, outreach/friendly visitor program. A supportive day program. With several other programs including alzheimer's association, elder service group. Housing authority, fuel and food assistance.
