This community is age friendly, I see a lot of elderly. The neighborhood has changed. When I first moved here it was quiet. Now it's very noisy, you have a lot of homeless around. I will say it is close to buses, and shopping places.

This area has stayed nice longer than expectations. The grade school was award winning school. Cal State is down the street. There is medical within a mile to seven miles. Bus stop is close. Community involvement is improving.
